About ColorMuch

Color much? We do.

ColorMuch is a place to make coloring pages, keep them, color them in, print them, show off what you did, and find what other people made. It is built and run by Digital Fiction Publishing in Canada, the small publisher behind Downtime Coloring Books.

How it works

• Describe a subject, pick a style, and ColorMuch draws one square coloring page. It starts private, in your library.
• Color it right here with a pencil engine built for the purpose, or print it and use real pencils.
• Publish it when you want, and it appears in the gallery under your handle. When someone unlocks it to color, the credit comes to you.
• Unlock other people's pages for a credit each. Show off your colorings in the page's gallery.

Credits, plainly

Credits are how the place keeps itself honest. Every account is topped up for free each month. Creating costs a few, unlocking costs one, and a page you publish earns them back when others unlock it. Credits have no cash value and never will. They are not money and cannot become money.

The promise

If we say something is free, it is free, with the terms stated beside it. If a link says it goes to a page, it goes to that page. No countdowns, no nudges, no manufactured urgency. Commerce here is quiet, and the coloring app itself will never carry an advertisement.

Downtime

Downtime Coloring Books publishes printed coloring books. Its pages appear on ColorMuch under an official badge, and the terms let Downtime include community pages in future books, with attribution. ColorMuch and the Downtime Color App are separate: different pages, different accounts, nothing shared.
